BANTAYOG FESTIVAL
Bantayog Festival is celebrated in Camarines Norte every April 25th of the year. Bantayog festival features the book of Dr. Jose Rizal, the Philippines’ National Hero, which is entitled “Unang Bantayog” (First Monument). The festival is also held in conjunction with the foundation anniversary of the province.
BUSIG-ON FESTIVAL
Busig-on Festival is based on the epic of Busig-On of Labo town which exemplifies heroism and Bicolano values. This features the town’s distinct historical values and sentiments through talent and skills competition featuring the town’s places of interest. Held on Sept 7 to Sept 8 in Labo, Camarines Norte to commemorate the town’s distinct historical values and sentiments through talent and skills competition.
MERCEDES KADAGATAN FESTIVAL
Every year, from August 6 to 11, Mercedes, Camarines Norte, hosts the Mercedes Kadagatan Festival, a fishermen's holiday celebration dedicated to giving thanks to God for the blessings and bounty fishermen receive from their seafaring, fishing, and aquaculture endeavors. An important part of the festival is a moment of reflection and thanksgiving to Mother Nature for the abundance of fisheries, beautiful shorelines, and other aquatic resources that have been bestowed upon Mercedes.
PALONG FESTIVAL
Celebrated in Capalonga, Camarines Norte every May 10-13 of the year, this festival is highlighted by street dancing and agro-industrial fair as an expression of gratitude by the local folks. The palong (rooster comb) signifies the abundant presence of rooster in the locality. This festival also celebrates the Feast Day of the Black Nazarene.
PARUYAN FESTIVAL
At the annual Paruyan Festival in Talisay, Camarines Norte, local farmers show off their crops, which are the city's primary source of income. Paruy in most provinces refers to rice grain. The festivities begin in the second week of September and end on the fourth of October, lasting a full month. The festival's patron saint, St. Francis of Assisi, is also celebrated during the Paruyan Festival.
PINYASAN FESTIVAL
To celebrate one of the province's most important agricultural products—the pineapple—the province holds its Pineapple (Pinyasan) Festival. The Formosa pineapple, which is grown in the province, is regarded as the sweetest 'queen' pineapple in the area. Parades, street dancing competitions, a talent/skills/beauty competition, and many other events are part of the festival. When: Every 23-27th of June, Daet, Camarines Norte hosts this event.
